30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags when applicable. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when applicable so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized or custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and items that cannot be resold for health, hygiene, or safety reasons once opened.

Clearance, final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable law, including a 14-day cooling-off period where required.
